Who is Huckleberry Finn today?
This paper takes a look at the theme of slavery to be found in Mark Twain’s classic book Huckleberry Finn which is claimed to have been a profound influence on all modern American literature. Themes are the fundamental and universal ideas that are explored in literary work and the theme of slavery in Mark Twain’s classic work two decades after the Emancipation Proclamation greatly influenced the way in which blacks and slaves were viewed and treated in America as we see in this paper.
