Other method of minimizing negative effects of stress is taking medications. While some of them are prescription-only medicines, most of anti-stress drugs are truly food supplements which make sure that a person will receive enough vitamins and microelements to stay in good shape. During the stress our organism uses much more of vitamins a day than we normally take, creating potentially dangerous deficiencies. Often making up for those losses is the most important tasks of a stressed person.
A good support system is the last, but not least, way of minimizing negative effects of stress. If you want to get rid of stress, you will need all support you can get from your friends and family. You have to have someone to lean on - he or she will be necessary before the problems will be over. You can't do everything by yourself alone. |
