Stress may have a lot of different effects on our bodies, but only one of them is really deadly dangerous: high blood pressure. While high blood pressure does not need to be an effect of stress, this is the most common reason - and the potentially deadly effects of high blood pressure are too well-known to discuss them here. If you want to live a healthy life (or truly, if you want to live at all), you have to act quickly and make some right choices for a change. There you will find a few good tips on how to increase your stress resistance and a few pills to cool down your nerves - and a few days' break in feeling stressed is precisely what you need to solve your problems. Then, remember that even if you get rid of stress once, it may still return. If you want to get rid of stress for good, you have to change your attitude towards yourself and life. For one, you have be a little more relaxed and never let anything but the most crucial matters to stress you. Negative thinking and inventing problems instead of solutions will get you nowhere but to the hospital. We all live in stressful times and the world around us is far from being warm and friendly. However, those who don't allow problems get to them and consume their lives are those who are able to make a difference and improve their lives and the fate of their neighborhood, town or even country. Other will be too worried and will feel down so much that they will have no strength left to actually do something. Life is too short to be lost on just worrying about things one can't change.
