For another great type of massage you can try applying a moisturizing lotion on your feet before you go to bed at night. The lotion makes it easy to massage your feet which will help to make them feel refreshed and invigorated.

Heating your feet by using lotions and creams containing capsaicin (the ingredient found naturally in hot peppers) can help to relieve the sore aching feeling in your feet as well. If you have foot pain because you are diabetic, then you may find this treatment very useful. However, it can be helpful in relieving foot and heel pain caused by other problems as well.

At the end of a long day it even helps to take off your shoes for awhile and allow your feet to rest. It is important to take the best care of your feet as possible as you are on them all day and no one wants to suffer with this condition if it can be prevented.
