My relationship with William is now in a new stage. We have lived together for 10 months to date, and romance is dead.

Now that we’ve got Valentine’s Day only a few short days away, I making plans to recover the relationship and make it work like it did in the beginning. I see that if I don’t do something, we will never get past the boredom we live through with each other regardless of the love and respect we feel for each other still.

So, I began by drawing a plan on a piece of paper for Valentine’s Day.

I make full use of my time at work by surfing the web for inspiration and I have found what I’m looking for.

To start with, I decided would offer my man with a special gift – lingerie. I have little time, between office duties and house work to hit the town shops, even on weekends. So, I did a search on the web for a few online stores which sold lingerie. I was not expecting much but www.topsecretshop.co.uk has what I wanted. They have a great line of corsets, basques, bras, panties, stockings, baby dolls, sexy play wear, seductive nightwear and bridal wear. Plus it’s saved me an enormous load of time. I selected 2 pieces of sexy lingerie and placed the order. Delivery was surprisingly swift, and I am overjoyed with my selections.

Now, I have reached phase two of the plan. We moved in together a while ago and since the apartment is quite minute, we both made the decision to throw away as much as possible we both accumulated in our previous separate homes. This means, we don’t yet have a stereo. We don’t even have any CD’s. But how else can I set the mood if we don’t have a breathless, jamming sound rolling in the background.

Again, I hit the online stores and pulled my credit card out. After a few days looking over different prices between different stereos on sale, I decided on a top quality stereo and placed the order. Friendly feedback was very welcome and the delivery has already arrived too. I have it hiding in the cupboard.

Part 2 of step 2 is the music. There are tons of sites offering music downloads. Beats going downtown to a megastore where I have to buy a whole CD. On Music Blog, I checked out the album reviews of the best music available. I found Ares, opened an account and have been delighting my hours away downloading some great tunes almost like an addiction. Its a new hobby. I’m discovering ballads I haven’t heard since College and I couldn’t be happier.

So, now the stage is almost set. On Valentine’s Day, I shall go to the local shop to purchase a bottle of Port wine. I’ll return home, have a warm bath and put on my new lingerie. All will be ready as soon as Adam returns home. Adam beg me for more. At least, this is how the plan goes in my head.

I see it as a must. If our relationship doesn’t get a revamp, we won’t make it. I can’t let that happen. Besides, no matter how many years you have with someone, you have to keep the flame burning. And that means, we have to work on it forever.
