Everything Feels Good
By: Justin Lukasavige

Why does everything, good or bad, seem to feel good to us? Think about lounging on the couch, watching TV and eating potato chips all day. Feels good, right?

But then you decide to start working out and getting in shape. Then that starts feeling good to you.

What is it about over-eating that feels good? Then, all of a sudden, dieting feels good to you.

Smoking feels great, but so does quitting.

How about money? Overspending, not budgeting and expensive vacations (paid by credit card) all feel great. But then getting on a budget and paying down debt begin to feel good to you. Well... which is it?

A lot of times you'll hear people say that they just need to 'follow their heart'. Obviously your heart cannot be trusted if both right and wrong feel good to you.

"The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?" - Jeremiah 17:9

If you're ready to stop trusting your heart and finally start doing the things that are right for you, then check out our free resources, or click for a free, 30-minute planning session.
