You might be thinking, if these hydrogen enhanced engines were so efficient the vehicle making corporations would have been making them all this time. Is the US Energy Dept. run by Greedy Oil Men. YES. Do they dicatate to the automobile makers what their guidelines are? YES. Is that a conflict of interest? And how! Having representatives of these financial interests oversee the automobile makers would be akin having big drug company executives on the FDA!
